When you’re outdoors, small injuries happen: a sting, a graze, a burn, a blister. This practical, two-and-a-half-hour session teaches how to spot, identify, and safely use wild plants that can help in those moments.
Set in the woods and hills of Highland Perthshire, this guided walk is part outdoor classroom, part adventure. You’ll learn to recognise useful first-aid plants, discover their traditional and modern applications, and gain the confidence to use them responsibly when needed.
