Oh Flowers of Scotland: Guided Walk

A guided walk through Highland Perthshire’s living landscape.

Overview

Step into the heart of Highland Perthshire and take a closer look at the plants that have shaped Scotland’s history, culture, and daily life. This two hour guided walk explores how wild and cultivated plants have long supported our people; in food, medicine, craft, and folklore.

Each session is designed to be exploratory and hands-on. You’ll learn to identify five to ten local species in season and understand how each has served a purpose in Scotland’s story, from the Picts to the Plant Hunters.
