When you’re outdoors, small injuries happen: a sting, a graze, a burn, a blister. This practical, two-and-a-half-hour session teaches how to find, identify, and safely use wild plants that can help in those moments.
Set in the woods and hills of Highland Perthshire, this guided walk is part outdoor classroom, part adventure. You’ll learn to recognise useful plants, discover their traditional and modern applications, and gain the confidence to use them responsibly when needed.
Identify wild plants used to stop bleeding and soothe wounds
Recognise plants that ease stings, bites, or inflammation
Understand how to prepare and apply simple natural remedies outdoors
Learn the safety principles of foraging and first-aid use
